PRODUCT RANGE
Modified Bitumen
Modified bitumen is a high-performance asphalt enhanced with polymers (such as SBS rubber or APP plastic). It significantly improves standard bitumen's elasticity, temperature resistance, and durability, and is primarily used to construct heavy-duty highways and as a waterproof membrane for commercial flat roofs.
AVAILABLE GRADES
PMBPolymer Modified Bitumen — standard bitumen blended with specialized polymers that change its internal structure, making it significantly more elastic, temperature-resistant, and durable than ordinary asphalt. Safe handling, storage, and mixing temperatures are strictly controlled (typically well below 185°C) to preserve the integrity of the polymer additives.
CRMBCrumb Rubber Modified Bitumen — a high-performance binder made by blending traditional bitumen with finely ground rubber from recycled scrap tyres. When mixed at high temperatures (160–180°C), the rubber particles swell by absorbing lighter oils from the liquid bitumen.
Blown BitumenAlso known as oxidized bitumen — a specially processed material created by passing air through heated bitumen at 200–300°C, predominantly used in the roofing and construction industries.
Mastic Bitumen / Mastic AsphaltA high-performance building material made from bitumen, mineral fillers, and fine aggregates. Heated to 170°C–230°C, it becomes a pourable, self-healing liquid that hardens as it cools, forming a seamless, flexible, and completely waterproof surface requiring zero on-site compaction. Widely used for waterproofing roofs and repairing cracks, and as an ultra-durable wearing course for roads and bridge decks.
Typical Applications
- High-traffic highways, expressways, and flyovers
- Airport runways, taxiways, and aprons
- Bridge decks and expansion joints
- Waterproofing membranes for commercial and industrial roofs
- Industrial flooring and joint sealants
